In 2003, I trained to be a life coach with the Coaching Academy, which has given me the professional skills to work with people, particularly on a one to one basis as they seek to transform aspects of (sometimes all of) their lives.

As a member of the International Coach Federation my professional development is ongoing. Further training in parent coaching and the coaching of young adults has expanded my knowledge I am on a path of learning that continues to fine tune my own self development and spiritual awareness and that has strengthened my coaching skills and my ability to communicate to a wider audience at a deeper level.

I am consistently privileged to witness, without exception, the stunning results achieved by my clients as they flourish within the coaching environment.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the coaching process because I have living proof that it can and does literally change lives-mine included.

I love seeing people begin to realise their true potential, grow in stature and become who they are. I think that being who we are is the key to successful living. It forms the basis of everything that I do in my own life and in my work with others.

Being who you are is what lies at the very heart of Getting Married from the Inside Out.

I have realised that my process of preparation for getting married can be most effectively communicated and benefited from via the unique structure and techniques used in coaching and I have used my knowledge and experience as a coach to create The Getting Married Inside Out Coaching Programme.

It is a joy to be able to combine two things that I am passionate about and care about deeply.
