THE GETTING MARRIED INSIDE OUT
COACHING PROGRAMME

Specifically designed to help you
prepare yourself to get married
and support you in creating a wedding day
that truly expresses and represents who you are
so that you have the most positive and fulfilling experience possible

The programme consists of:
1 x 45 minute initial complimentary session
4 x 60 minute sessions
additional support via e-mail in between sessions and until your wedding day

Coaching will be by phone or in person if you are local to Brighton.

We will use the initial session to establish your situation and specific requirements. Then, using The Wedding Journey as a basis to work from, we will tailor the programme to suit you and focus on whatever is most relevant for you.

This is marriage preparation for 21st Century living and it is intended to help you, as an individual, bring a whole person to your wedding day and into your marriage.

Getting Married Inside Out Coaching will

prepare you emotionally and mentally so you feel ready to get married

The cost of the coaching programme is £195 and it will provide you with support for your entire wedding journey.

If you have a smaller, more specific wedding related issue that you would like to deal with I am happy to offer individual coaching sessions which are £60 for one hour.

The Coaching Process

No- one can know what is right for us more than we do ourselves. No-one really knows what lies in the depths of our hearts or the corners of our minds because we rarely get the chance to share it. Often, when we are talking, someone interrupts with their own story or words of advice and what we were going to say, never quite gets said.

That is why coaching has so much value. It presents you with a unique environment to say, and explore all those things that you usually keep to yourself.

It’s private time to intensely work on yourself and your life and make some crucial decisions about what you want, where you want to go and how you are going to get there and your coach will be as dedicated to realising your goals as you are.

It is the small steps that you take that make the difference-the small steps out in a different direction that create change in your life, in you and how you see yourself.

It is the gradual building of courage, confidence and self belief that will give you the ability to go after what you want to have and become the person that you want to be.

Coaching puts a very positive, uplifting spin on life-it’s like sunshine emerging from dark, heavy clouds, letting us view the world in a different way, making us believe that anything and everything is possible.
